Their Combo Bowl Vermicelli or Bún Đặc Biệt, is served with grilled pork, a pork patty, grilled shrimp, one spring roll, and all the toppings to include lettuce, bean sprouts, pickled veggies (carrots and daikon radish), cucumber, peanuts, scallion oil & fish sauce. Everything was cooked beautifully. The shrimp were amazing and was the first thing gone from the bowl. They had their Korean BBQ sauce on them as more of a glaze than being doused in sauce. The pork patty was very tender and had great flavor along with the grilled pork. The spring roll gives you a perfect little crunch. It's a great sampling of several menu items! Their portions here are definitely generous and well priced.
