Meaty Cheesy Stuffed Crust Pizza

2/3 c warm water

1 1/8 tsp yeast

1 1/2 tsp sugar

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1 3/4 c flour


Combine water, yeast, sugar and let stand for 5 minutes. Add olive oil, salt, and flour. Knead at least 5 minutes until it passes the window pane test. Place dough in a bowl with olive oil so it doesn't stick, cover, and let double in size. Roll out into a circle. Cut fresh mozzarella into rectangles. Place rectangles around edges of pie. Roll inward to wrap the mozzarella in dough. Pinch the dough down to ensure mozzarella stays inside while cooking. Add pizza sauce to center. Top with shredded mozzarella/Italian cheese blend. Add pepperoni. Bake 475 F for 12 min or until bottom of crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and top with prosciutto.
