Small little restaurant with about 4 tables and a window countertop. We sat down and we're given a basket of house fried tortilla chips and salsa verde. We ordered a chicken and cheese empanada, one of each taco which were chicken, al pastor, carnitas, beef, and shrimp, a quesadilla al pastor, and a horchata.
Everything here was delicious, and large portions! The corn tortillas for the taco shells tasted home made and probably some of the best corn tortillas I've had. They're not traditional but I loved them. The empanada and quesadilla were both much larger than I expected. The pork was so tender and had great flavor. And the horchata was delicious -- heavy on the cinnamon which I loved. I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I didn't like was eating in, the sauces still all came in plastic containers and the cutlery was plastic as well. How we their takeout containers were paper. I only wish they would get rid of the plastic, at a minimum for eat in service.
